Shipping & Returns
We have a flat rate of $2.50 for shipping on all orders. We make every attempt to get your package shipped out asap. Shipping can range between 2 days to 2 weeks depending onthe product you purchase. Please allow extra time for monogrammed or custom bows and also during the Holiday season. Packages are shipped first class mail.
We will ship international. Shipping charges vary, please e-mail for the shipping rate. We will bill for the shipping charges after the order is placed.
Returns
We hope you will be happy with your purchase and we go to great lengths to make quality items and stand behind all of our products! If you are not happy you may return your item for a purchase price refund or exchange it with in 10 days of receiving the item. (Monogrammed items, custom orders and wholesale purchases are NOT returnable. Some items may be exchanged, contact us for details. Monogrammed items can not be exchanged.) Please return the unused item in original condition with original packaging and with a paid receipt/packing slip. Tracking information is recommened, return to:
